All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our fulfillment facility in Lexington, Kentucky, United States.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or unexpected circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

United States

  • Orders over $50 USD qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
  • Orders under $50 USD will be charged shipping fees calculated at checkout.

  • Selected shipping service

Applicable shipping costs will be displayed before payment is completed.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require repayment of shipping fees before reshipment.
